Since opening my Revolut account, I’ve truly felt like my money is working for me. The app has evolved impressively, and one standout feature is the ability to transfer funds into other currencies—especially AUD—with ease. I can now pay directly into Australian bank accounts from any device, in Australian dollars, with full transparency on delivery times and instant notifications once payments are completed.Another highlight is the personalised debit card, which reflects my identity and values—an unexpected but appreciated touch. Revolut combines functionality with flair and I’ve confidently recommended it to others. Now it’s up to them to give it a go!

The platform Revolut provides is awesome. And when I originally joined I absolutely fell in love with the app. Easy to use, clear and super helpful. Now its an absolute task to find what you’re looking for. All the useful features have been hidden, they still exist but the interface is all so confusing now. Whilst the platform itself and what it lets you do is still very good I would like nothing more than to see the app roll back a couple versions to when it actually worked. Back to the day where I could swipe to go through my currency’s, where I could see a graph of my spending right there on the home screen, back when exchanging currency was easy and clear, back when splitting bills was three taps and back to when the app looked good and not just a cluster of words and images. Don’t get me wrong I love Revolut and I would still recommend it to friends, but now I have to say “Try Revolut! The apps not that good but it can be useful.”

Years ago prior to travelling the world, we tried to organise a multi-currency account through one of the larger banks, to allow us to avoid currency fluctiinas and excessive conversion fees for each transaction. But to set this up from outside the UK was daunting, and we were stifled by red tape and hurdles at every turn.Wind forward a few years, and Revolut does everything we need, with simplicity that is almost disconcerting! Opening the account was effortless, Loading up and transferring between currencies and countries is easy and fast, the fees are reasonable and fair, and the confidence of having access to your money anywhere in a local currency so reassuring. The one and only inconvenience is simply the tools they put in place to avoid misuse of your account online. And merely inconvenient, not a big problem. Better to have this than be scammed. Well done Revolut, keep disrupting the old system!

Do not sign up!!!!I tried opening an account today to get a one time use card for online shopping. It had me give out my information as well as upload my driver’s license. It said it was “successful” and a few minutes later Revolut sent me an email saying they did could not verify my account. I tried to sign in through the computer to chat with customer service but it did not allow me to login. I was able to login through the app and got to the customer chat with the “live agent” — this was definitely a bot and not a person. “She” was not reading any of my messages correctly and it took “her” 7 - 12 mins for “her to respond between EACH message. I asked her to delete my personal ID information that I uploaded and then close my account. When the bot finally understood what I was asking (after so many times of writing it) it said it won’t since it has the right to retain my information! I asked to be transferred to a manager and it took the “live agent” 12 minutes to answer me saying that it is in their policy and a manager can’t change that. I’ve just wasted so much time on this. Didn’t get what I needed and now a shady company has my personal details. WHAT A SCAM. Do not sign up!!!
