What a shame - it’s unusable
Am excited about my new roof and selecting a colour. But, this app is unusable. You can’t use an existing photo - it’ll only accept a picture you take when using the app. Then, selecting the points of the roof line make no sense and it closes the wrong edges.
Wasted an hour on this (iPhone, then iPad with an Apple Pencil) and just couldn’t make it select all the roof area and not the walls. Maybe later steps work but I doubt it. One star rating as I can’t save the review if more accurately rated 0 out of 5.
Yep, terrible
I really wanted this to work. A roof is a big investment so getting the colour right is important. Sadly this app is unusable. No ability to use an existing photo is the biggest issue and surely simple to fix. I see a review from 3 years ago raised the same issue and it has t been fixed. Clearly there’s no investment going in to make this usable. Just delete it and stop pretending you have a working app.
Completely Unusable
Loads on phone in landscape mode with test and fields so small they are unreadable. Cannot expand the screen to read what is required so didn’t get past the second screen.
I hope their product is not as bad as their app. One star given because it will not allow a review with zero.
