Great product; app needs work
Love the products but think the app lacks intuitiveness. There’s a whole section dedicated to notifications that aren’t clickable, some sections are not populated so would be ideal to have a product number count of 0 to save time, links on home page lead to no products. And most annoying thing for me is that my wishlist doesn’t sync across devices. I have to add items to my wishlist on my phone and again on my iPad. Shipping to NZ could be faster, and I sent an email re an order and never got a response… room for improvement :)

I use the app on my phone rather than the website. It’s super easy to find the products that I’m looking for or find new products.
The best thing is it’s super easy to check in on my order/shipping status so I can see if my nail mail is nearly here!
Genius App!!
User friendly app that is extremely easy to use and contains all the information that you need to know. The tutorial section is particularly helpful for ideas and advice. Would definitely recommend 😍
