Best app ever
As someone who buys a lot of stuff this is great to have, it allows you to do so much would recommend highly to anyone.
What’s the point?
There is no option to unselect this service when I get a package delivered from VAPO NZ, so I have to pay for a service that I don’t need or use. Apparently this also insures my package against loss but seeing as the delivery service used by the company has processes in place for this very thing, this service is useless to me.
For the tracking service, I downloaded the app thinking it would actually track my package but it gives me the same minimal information as the NZ POST tracking service does. So why do I need this? It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have to download an entire app and register details just to get access.
I have now deleted the app and unfortunately will have to continue to pay for a service I don’t need or use when ordering from Vapo.
This app probably works better for the US delivery services.

Not gonna use this app that’s for sure..
Tried this thinking my package will be protected and for the past 7 days my order status is showing order placed and no tracking number allocated as well… worst experience and not gonna use this service at all..
