Works well
Will not be forced to pay for seat
All good apart from when it is very hard to get past the “choose seat” page. Keeps telling you to pay to choose a seat and will not let you go any further until you’ve paid for it -despite already choosing “random seat” option. Managed to some how (through lots of going back and forth) check in for my first flight but gave up checking into my second flight as could not get past the choose flight page. Will not be forced to pay for something I do not need just because your app makes it hard to carry on without it. Will work it out another day.
Nightmare
Never again … even now when we are travelling apparently I can’t do a mobile ticket and have to print. I don’t have access to a printer and am in a foreign country. My family and I booked these tickets as a first time with Ryan Air. We’ve now paid hundreds of dollars for a simple flight from Barcelona to London and still there are problems. If there is any issue with mobile boarding tomorrow I will be slamming this airline again. What a nightmare
