Sales Force is great as it gives you information like who you have not called on and in lockdown easy to contact to see if they need anything and update them with product

Good system

There’s a lot to complete day to day and not always accurate.
Opportunities don’t give accurate figures as each opportunity provided could be a platform of choices for a client and not everyone approved.
Searching for a national account that is billed under a registered name is hard to find, so duplicates could result.
