Description
With the extended edition of the SAP Cloud for Customer mobile app for iPhone and iPad, you can gain real-time insights into your company’s ever-changing customer data anywhere and anytime. This app accesses the SAP Cloud for Customer solution and allows sales people to collaborate with their team, communicate better with their business network, and make informed decisions right from their device. This app also enables service technicians with full field service execution capabilities both online and offline, including assignments, work orders, parts, time sheets, and analytics.

App is useless due to constant bugs
I am sick of the app constantly hanging. I have lost count of the amount of times I have to restart my phone due to the app stalling when I open it. Now I have an update that I can’t install. It just stalls part way through the process. Again the only way out is to turn the phone on and off. Fix the bugs. With the constant glitches it is useless. I won’t reccomend to anyone. If I could give less then one star review I would.
Log on button is hidden
I used this app before and it works great. But recently after Hybris branding, when newly downloaded on iphone , loging in is a big pain because you cant see the logon button. You need to use 'return' button of your phone to loging because there is no logon button visible. The reason is recently they added hybris logon on top of their logo which made the logon button shift down to non viewable area. So you gey user and password fields and thats it. No logon button. Now enter wrong password and use return button and then you see the old screen of the app ie withour hybris logo and you can see logon button this time. Such a shame that sap release the app w/o even testing the basic logon screen
