To access the features in this app you will need a password and logon provided by your school. This app is an extension of the eTAP Student Management System which is used by more than 40% of New Zealand primary

Extremely frustrating - good when works
Constantly logs me out, then when I sign in I often have to get sent a new password. But the app freezes on the screen that advises that you will be sent a new password so the only way to enter user ID and new password is to delete app and download again. Quite ridiculous.
When it works it seems to work well enough directing to the various pages.
A steaming pile of garbage.
If I could score a 0, I would. This is truely one of the worst apps I have interacted with, and unfortunately am forced to use. Little to no thought has been been to user experience. It pains me to know that somewhere, someone was paid a sum of money to deliver this steaming pile of garbage. Worse yet, there is appears to be no desire to change it, despite the consistent, appalling scores and reviews
I have never written an app review ever, but felt compelled to on this occasion. For any parents out there who are forced to use this because you have a child in school - You deserve better. Brace yourself.
un intuitative
How disappointing when looking for ways to encourage parents to keep connected with kids that schools use this.
Kids miss out when parents aren’t involved. Having an APP that works matters for our kiwi kids. ☹️
