Sennheiser Smart Control 4+

The app is pretty laggy especially while scrolling up and down through the settings. I have a screen recording I can send to the developers if they have a direct email address.

I have the momentum 4s and there’s a bit of a delay connecting to the app each time I use them. This should be more seamless - it just seems like the app is somehow underpowered - I’m on the iPhone 13 so expected it to be a lot snappier.

Would be cool to have an on screen widget at some point too - but please fix the app performance first!

Better than the old app but a couple of comments. There is no option for default/flat equaliser. I can manually change it to flat but the title at the top still remains with whatever the last equaliser chosen was. I created a new profile called “default” with the equaliser flat but I shouldn’t have to do this. It’s a bit pedantic I know, but there should just be a reset button or an equaliser option for default/flat. Also every time I change one of the sliders on the equaliser I get graphical glitches for a fraction of a second before it goes back to normal. Also the app isn’t running at 120fps on iPhone 13 Pro, it looks jittery like it’s running at 60fps.

Have been loyal to the brand for almost a decade as they have always made high quality durable equipment. Purchased this pair, failed after 2-3 months, replaced, same again 2 months later, replaced, just failed again this week. It's a joke, when new they are the in ear buds I've owned. But every time after 2-3months the chirping starts, the bass drops, Bluetooth connection intermittent, people I'm on the phone to can't hear me, the adaptive noise cancelling basically just turns them into $2 shop headphones. Have tried all there troubleshooting processes, which are just 'reset the device', 'ensure latest software installed' etc. really disappointing. Going to make my 4th warranty claim on these, will be getting a refund instead of replacement. Lost a loyal customer
