The subscription amount will be charged to your iTunes account. The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Ratings and Reviews
Good features, but app is unintuitive
I just have the free version and I’m mostly fine that there are features I have to pay for (and don’t have). The schedules and Climate React are very helpful. However, I feel like the app isn’t the most intuitive. Also, it keeps switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius for some reason.
I had Climate React on for a few days without realizing it. The name “Climate React” (to me) implied that it was monitoring public weather/climate data and making small adjustments accordingly (wrong). I looked at their online help for Climate React, which no longer matches their interface at all, even though it was updated in the last week. I had to stumble around the app to find the settings for Climate React (there’s a swipe-up menu at the bottom, rather than under the settings gear menu).

Thank you for your feedback. The app shouldn't switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius randomly. If you haven't done so already, please reach out to us at support@sensibo.com and we would be happy to take a look at this for you. In regards to our Help Center, we recently redesigned the app so all of the articles and screenshots are currently being updated.
Can you not?
Stop adding that massive ad for SensiboPlus on the main page where you control the AC. I know it’s there and making it take half the screen just makes me not want to buy it more than anything.
Latest update is appalling!
I’ve only had it 2wks and genuinely loved it. Did everything I wanted and all the info on 1 screen.
You’re latest update is hideous. More touches required to get to the same info I had on 1 screen before. You’ve dumped a stupid carousel in the middle taking up almost half the screen that is completely irrelevant!
How bout you change the timer option to be number selection instead of a stupid iPod scrolling wheel thing!
Stop reinventing the wheel. The device is great - you need to revert the interface as it’s unintuitive and clunky.
