Love my shakti even more than before!!!
Didn’t think it was possible - but I am even more in love with my shakti mat than I was before. The videos were SO good for helping me understand what was happening in my body, why it hurt, how to work through it etc etc… my shakti sessions have been forever changed! The audio recordings were my favourite. Exactly what I needed after a big day at work. So glad I downloaded this app and will definitely be doing the yoga videos again and again. New favourite app!!!
Best app I’ve used this year
Woahh love this app! The visuals are beautiful and I could watch the instructor all day long. I’m happily married though just saying. I’ve been Shakti-ing for 3 years and would be a sleep deprived zombie without it. I wasn’t expecting to learn so much from the app! Looking forward to the new videos.
Shakti Mat and Pillow Experience
My Shakti mat and Shakti pillow arrived 5 days ago and I’ve been using it everyday! I’m a beginner so the first time was a little uncomfortable but I’m slowly building up my tolerance. The sensation after using the mat and pillow leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ve enjoyed the Shakti Shala App which has been complimentary to a beginners journey. The App sets you up for a mindful practice and it’s lovely to relax to the soft music and audio. My dog sits at the bottom of my feet and she fell asleep and started snoring lol blessed!
