Skull crusher ANC 2
I’ve purchased the skull crushers today but they will not connect to the app and won’t let me use the app without updating my headphones. I have tried uninstalling and re installing etc but nothing works. I would like to return these and get a refund please. Seems ridiculous for this app not to function on the first day of using brand new headphones.

Have been using the app since I purchased my Crusher ANC 2 headphones in December 2023 and it’s always worked for me without problem. Just waiting patiently for the download new upgrades feature. 🙏🙏🙏
Painful
Constantly having to delete and reinstall it as it can’t seem to locate my Rail buds even when I sit them on the phone. Please make it better Skullcandy.
