Charged twice for an app that isn’t usable with toddlers

Had been using this app with my 1 year old and he really enjoyed the game, however I can no longer let him play because the game doesn’t work with guided access anymore (it had previously, and I really don’t trust those little fingers to not find trouble).

In the process of trying to fix the problem I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (done in the past with success), which not only didn’t fix the problem but I was charged the full purchase price again (not happened when done in the past).

Disappointed to say the least
