Paid for 3 day free trial but couldn’t stop it
After subscribing I can’t unsubscribe and am worried I’ll be paying for something I don’t use
When it wants to be useful
I am rating this remote a 3 the reason why I rate it that is because it connected straight away to my Samsung tv and when it came to my brothers smart Samsung tv it just didn’t work. My brother don’t have a remote and he wanted to know how he can turn on & off the tv without an actual remote. This is handy on my tv but not on another it just keeps coming back saying this device is unsupported.
Inconsistent
The fact you pay for this app and constantly have issues with it is embarrassing. For unknown reason I am disconnected from the TV and makes a request to re-connect to the TV where you need the remote to confirm it WHICH beats the purpose of having this useless app. Subscription cancelled till you lot sort this app out if I have to use my TV remote bc of your inability to make a proper app
