Bet you curse me
As I walk many streets each day I become more and more appalled at peoples laziness and lack of pride in our city. Also I’m stunned at the quality of some of the foot paths. People’s attitude is leave it to someone else. Unless there are people like me , often you won’t know. Time you started fining people who dump on berms.
No longer works, no Help
This app used to be easy to use and worked. Now it is borked and munted (v7.1). But (v7.2.0) has remedied the problems experienced. I got job number back from council within 24 hours.
Had to create a new login just due to an app upgrade (poor), changed the name (why), and now I can’t report a thing (useless). Last item fixed.
Can take the photo and choose the service and then the “send” greys out. Only option is to save and exit, but can’t do anything from there either. Update: the reports now send.
I have just walked 20kms and seen multiple leaking water mains, exposed telephone wires and other maintenance items where a stitch in time will save nine. But cannot report them despite multiple attempts. Even the saved drafts have now disappeared.
Update: Some of these issues have been fixed, so perhaps it was still sending but with no notification of that!
In short. 7.2 has fixed the worst problems of 7.1.
Contact link does not work and have not yet found a Help link. Have not retried these last two.
The concept is fantastic when it works, and apparently I can get a notification of closed jobs.
The categories are sometimes too much, sometimes limiting, so a happy medium.
Really easy and useful
Great way to notify CCC when things in my community need some attention. A photo, location and a few words means people know about the issue and can respond with appropriate action. Large tree branch broken and lying on road, overgrown footpath, rubbish been dumped, potholes etc.
