Each level has a 4-weeks duration, and 3 workouts per week.

Best app for true beginners

I’ve looked at and tried other running apps before but as a try beginner with asthma this has kept me going and although I’ve only just started the incremental increases have been perfect for me.

Great for motivation

Had lost my mojo and this has worked beautifully. Did stop working at stage 2 number 8 by turning off the music each time the lady told me one minute has passed. I deleted and put the app back on but had to manually listen to the all the way along to number 8 while it worked through the programmes. You can only start at the first one of each Stage. Otherwise just great thank you

12 year old daughter a 1st time runner and a used to runner mother

This app has been just the right thing to get my first time running daughter, 12 years, and myself, a used to be long distance runner (but no running for 8 years) back into running at a steady, gradual, achievable, and enjoyable pace. Running on alternate days has been the perfect combination for us starting at level 2. Just the perfect thing to foster the enjoyment of daily exercise for an almost teenager not into traditional sports.
