Superbuy Forwarding Solution 4+

I have never had a problem with Superbuy and I’ve spent over $3000 on orders, seperate packages came within a few weeks to New Zealand and always turned up. Have never had any issues with them and they reply fast. if you got sent the wrong items they sort it out for you and sort out refunds etc ( as long as it’s done when the items are in china ) and they send really good pictures of the items before sending them to you so you can inspect them. The agents are super nice in spite of the language barrier and let you know ASAP if anything is wrong with your order. Their fairs are fairly cheap but haven’t done comparison to other agents, shipping cost has gone up but I think that is in general in the world and they refund you whatever extra you might have paid for shipping ( since shipping prices are an estimate until they give and confirm them with the shipping services ) which is amazing service 💅🏻💟😈

A lot of Shopping sites like wish aliextress are cheap, but the product quality not good at all. If you can read Chinese or friend can read Chinese, is better use shopping agency like this, you choose your product from any Chinese website, let superbuy buy shop, inspect and ship to your door for you.

Very easy to use and their service is great, prompt response and friendly, have used them a few times, after you purchase an item and it's received into the warehouse, they check the item and take a photo for you to view. Items are well packed and delivery time was fast, My packages were all received to NZ within a week and tracking available.

Only down side is the search engine, search results does not include enough items from different sellers and many items from same seller are repeated.

Overall very happy shopping experience.
