Overall, the App is good, but…….
Overall, the App is good, but it’s very disappointing that the picture resolution reduces down after starting with an explanation appearing on the screen saying it’s reduced to enable smooth playing (or such). Also, App crashes/shuts down, when trying to play saved files.
Playback
I have found poor quality of streaming with this app but I also found how to fix this if you go into Local on the device then you turn off resolution adaptive the change each camera to 5 megapixel then you will get five megapixel playback the highest resolution you can get then you will not have any issues with it lowering the pitch
Picture quality
Would not recommend
My security camera system often goes off line or in the middle of a view disconnects.
Almost everytime I need to start the app on my phone to view an important event in real time that specific camera is last to load and I miss the event.
The play back is so difficult to control I do not bother viewing past moments.
Activation alerts do not allow instant viewing of the time the alert happened to view what the activation had recorded.
I can’t wait to purchase a different brand of security camera
