Extremely convenient and user friendly.
This is a very useful App to keep track of students. The admin support are receptive to improvements and refinements.
I'd give it 5/5 for day to day functionality and reliability....and that it's free! But 4/5 for inability for direct online syncing, which means that surveying the data elsewhere is not without lots of reconfiguring and shuffling.
I use it daily to keep track of over 20 separate classes.
Fixed the crashes, but can't sync
A previous issue of crashing has finally been fixed. But now I can sync my data. It starts, but once it gets to syncing the seating plan chunk, it stops and I get an internal server error (can't reach the URL).
Have contacted customer service about this over a month ago, and still no fix.

Hello , We are very sorry for the inconvenience. It is true that the application suffered an error that caused the mentioned problems. But thanks to the development team, Crashing issues are fixed in the latest app update (2.12.7) for iOS (14.3). However, there are seldom some devices that for various technical reasons do not adapt to the new updates, and this requires the intervention of our expert technical team. Unusable now
We use this app every day across our team of seven and none of us can since the latest update. Crashes as soon as you open it. So disappointed! Was great till now.
