TeamTalk is a conferencing system which allows users to participate in conferences on the Internet. Users can chat using voice over IP and listen to streaming media files.
TeamTalk for iOS has been designed with particular emphasis on accessibility features for visually impaired.

Wonderful app…
this app is really easy to use. I am totally blind, and I find it simple, yet very effective. What I would like to see added, is the ability to manage user accounts, by this I mean the user accounts that are on the server. I would also like the ability to be able to transmit video from my phone. I think this would help many Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod users as you would not have to be on a PC to be able to stream video and manage user accounts.
