ATP at your mobile phone or on your big TV
It is very convenient service. I can watch the matches where ever I am at that time. Live or replay … also the highligts, if I am too busy to view the replay of the completed match.
Difficult to cancel subscription
This is an app for a phone. Everything is accessible from your phone, EXCEPT the option to cancel. You have to get onto a laptop or desktop then login and navigate to cancel subscription. After trying to use the mobiles web browser it kept switching me back to the app where there is no option to cancel.
No majors to watch? Have to go to sky tv…
Pretty expensive, could hardly find any of my favourite players, plus no majors.
And last gripe is the change of app, now I can’t use it on my smart tv because it’s stuck with the old atp app.
I think making acces easier to switch between being subscribed and not being subscribed should be more readily available.
I would gladly switch between months on and off if it was easy on the phone. But not having the cancel button available was a big nuisance, and all the other bugs it just made it an unpleasant experience with my most favourite game in the world.

If you have purchased via in app payment you will need to cancel the subscription through your Apple settings. Not customer-friendly.
Subscribed because I wanted to watch the grand slam, only to realize tennis TV do not have it.
Immediately cancelled within 24 hours and did not watching ANYTHING during this period. They refuse to refund anything. Even other subscription apps like Sky Sports give you a refund if you cancel immediately and haven’t used your subscription.
Not sure why they think this is good strategy — keeping the money for one subscription cycle and losing a customer permanently (given I used to be a loyal subscriber for Master 1000s as well). This operation makes it the last time I use them.
