Interesting and Fun

I’ve only just finished colonising Mars. It has been a fun balancing act - keeping oxygen, heat and pressure all at habitable levels while also trying to increase population. It’s been going really well and I’m looking forward to the challenge that will come when I leave the beginner levels behind me.

I’ve been able to play the game without making any extra purchases, just watching a couple of ads once and a while, which are much less intrusive compared to other free games.

Definitely one of the best phone games I’ve played in a long time!

Great game!

As someone who enjoys sci-fi, this game naturally appeals to me. The careful management of terraforming a planet actually makes for engaging gameplay in short bursts throughout the day. However, it is high maintenance. I found myself needing to check precisely how much my oxygen levels would go up or down before I slept as if I didn’t it could go horribly wrong.

It’s a free game anyway so just get it and you can terraform planets from the getgo (very generous). Ads are non intrusive as you choose to have them for small boosts

Great for terraphiles

Space stuff fascinates me - especially other planets. So when I saw an ad for this game I jumped at it. It’s interesting, fun and sort of educational? Regardless, I can’t stop playing it.

Pros:
- interesting challenges and sometimes funny dialogue in the process of colonisation
- play games based on real planets throughout the galaxy and uses accurate data collected by scientists to create realistic surfaces for each of the planets
- you can drown earth!!!

Cons:
- your colonies will most likely develop a culture of anti-intellectualism as the game will sometimes throw a scenario at you wherein a citizen is spreading anti-science propaganda, giving you the option to launch a campaign against it for a few - and the game seems to deliberately ask for a lot more money than you have at the time which appears to be a very blatant attempt to extort money from the player
- you have to do a lot of waiting

Overall, four stars as the cons are still there but they’re to be expected from any game on iOS to be fair.
