Download The Doctors app to:
- Access your health summary including lab results, prescribed medications, diagnosed conditions, and immunisation history
- See consultation notes from previous appointments
- Book an appointment with your preferred practitioner, or select the next available slot
- Book an appointment for someone else
- Book and attend video consults
- Request repeats of previously prescribed medications
- Message your GP team
- Receive reminder notifications for appointments
- Track the status and receive notifications on your repeat medication request
- Pay for your medication requests or appointments
- Login using passcode or touch/facial recognition
- Choose to share your medical information with other healthcare providers if required
To use The Doctors app you will need an invite code from your general practice team.

App functionality is good however it doesn’t have the ability to pay via Southern Cross like Manage My Health app did.

Now can’t book an appt online or the app
Horrible app
What’s the point of wasting your patients time forcing them to download an app if the practice hasn’t even enabled the appointment booking function?
Please make the online booking function available again on your website, this update to app booking is such a step back in terms of patient convenience for booking appointments, and a waste of time for everyone involved.

Kia ora MWNZ1, thanks for your feedback. Appointment booking is a configurable option that can be enabled by your practice. Please reach out to your practice with any queries about this or the option to book via the website.
The Doctors App
This App is an extreme disappointment as I can not see my specialist ordered blood results nor can see my reports or medical records. Utter waste of time and battery power
Sort it out Green Cross!!! The Doctors Whangaparaoa has asked its patients to upload this silly App but it doesn’t provide the information I need. And it’s a rubbish App.
ConnectMed is a more friendlier, updated system to use. It’s a shame it is no longer in operation.
