I can’t even make an account
I try to register my account and it says it’s already registered, so I reset my password and it says someone has to verify my account in order to send me an email to reset my password. I know for a fact that other websites don’t do this like instagram and Facebook but this app is very frustrating to use
Annoying
I get an email confirmation to say my tickets are ready in the app. I try and download them to my wallet a number of times and they say they’re unavailable. This is completely inconvenient as the app is bound to crash on the day of the concert if everyone is trying to get into the app at one time.
Worst app ever
One of the worst features of this app is if your event date passes you can’t see or ticket history, doesn’t help when you have tickets for a 3 day event and they disappear on day 2.
Can’t find a way to send the ticket to apple wallet.
I can see why Ticketmaster has 455 likes of their app.
