Mclusky tickets
I had real trouble purchasing Mclusky tickets both on the Ticketmaster website and using the app. I regularly buy tickets from multiple outlets including Ticketmaster, usually without any problems, but for some reason this time i was repeatedly sent in circles. Problems with connection, zero matches to the event search, ticket sales closed. All sorts of varying responses, and yet in the end there were tickets available which I eventually succeeded in purchasing. Due entirely to my perseverance.
Excellent app!
Was trying to get Adele tickets using the computer website and I was getting nothing but "please wait" for 10 minutes. Thought I'd try the app on my phone to see if I would have better luck. Within seconds I had pretty much the exact tickets I wanted bought and paid for. Awesome app!!!!
Unresponsive admission time map
Your admission time map for Van Gogh Wellington did not work.... it kept defaulting to a time I did not want.
The only way I could choose the time I wanted was by scrolling down the (General Admissions’” list ... which did not show the time until after I ordered the tickets.... then when the tickets I had “ chosen” (blind) had the wrong time for me, I released them, and began again.
It took 8 “booking and releases” until I secured tickets for the time I wanted.
You need to fix your map response.
