Same as a cuckoo clock, Time Announcer Pro will announce the current time at the hour, at the half hour or at the quarter of an hour.
Time Announcer Pro will announce the current time on the hour, on the half hour or on the quarter of an hour.
It optionally announces the weather in your city if location services are enabled.
In addition, a long tap will make the app to announce the date. A single tap will announce the time and the weather.
Location-based automatic background pictures.
Alarms options:
- Type in your own text to be spoken using speech synthesis.

Not ready for purpose
Too much bling, not enough substance. This app needs to do what it’s title suggest i.e. speak the time and/or temperature.
No need for multiple coloured clocks - just one for dark mode and one for light.
The speaking voices are second class. Why not use Siri’s voices?
Also to use the standard “o clock” not “hours.
Also an option for chimes instead of time?
Why two clock faces? Analog AND digital? Surely one or the other with an option for both.
Also regional wallpapers are just not necessary.
Also time talking in the background when the app is not front page.
KISS - keep it Simple Stupid is the name of the game.
I thought of asking for a refund but did not because it does, however badly, talk the time.
Back to the drawing board!!
