I personally haven’t had any issues with the app. It would however be good if you could safely save your card details so that you don’t have to enter them every time you top up
Keeps signing me out
If there’s a gap between when you last use it or an update, the app keeps signing me out. The main screen is a registrations page, not log in which is unhelpful.
Annoying because it keeps signing me out when I need to use it. I only use my plastic card when I absolutely need to so the app does most things I want to do at Timezone.

Good app but deceiving ads and system crashes
Has great ways to provide ticket counts and credit balance but lacks the ability to register an email or number when registering with a number or email. This causes the ads or deals to not be able to use such as the free 10$ credit upon registering
