Very Poor Service
Really disheartened with the app, having spent good money on the AC unit the app really lets the product down. Always get error message unable to connect, server not found and if it does work it takes ages to communicate options selected in the app to the AC.. and biggest let down is no Apple Home “Siri” support. An easy fix if you ask me which would add great value and service offering

Frustrating
On to my second day of trying to register the unit and get it to sync with app. When I have been able to get it to register it won’t update so is useless. There has to be a better way. The app also crashes frequently which means you have to start from the beginning. Absolutely awful

Very hit and miss when adding A/C units
When adding units the app it is very hit and miss, sometimes it will pair up first time and others will take a couple of hours and multiple times trying, have contacted Toshiba and do far haven’t had a response
