Subscription and refund issue!
My son accidentally renewed the subscription to a yearly $199. I immediately cancelled and disputed the payment (as this is offered by Apple). They have refunded me only $2.66! Plus, I cannot access the app and use it for the year that I have now paid for! I feel a bit cheated on this! According to Apple the issue has been ‘resolved’. I think it is totally not fair!
