Ratings and Reviews
Great to have, missing some features from native iOS
It's great to have a stand-alone app for Twitter on macOS and I definitely want Twitter to continue this. It is a shame it is not fully feature-complete, most notably with some of the paid subscription features of Twitter Blue not implemented. Would be great to see the Tweet-review-before-publishing features implemented on macOS please.
From bad to ridiculous
Twitter was an OK place for me. It was made a lot more bearable by third party applications. However, the current owner disrespected the developers of those applications _and all their users_ by shutting them down with no notice. The "official app" is a poor relation to those apps. I don't mind the ads, I do mind the terrible UX of auto-playing videos I cannot scrub, inability to sync timeline across devices, and random rendering of threads in three different ways.
This is absolutely not an app to enjoy. It is, at best, one to tolerate because the only other choice is to just give up on the service. I'm not far off that, to be honest.
Easy to use
Excellent desktop app - no issues so far, and easy to browse twitter easily.
