Description

Helping Kiwis keep track of their money and make payments whenever it suits, with Unity’s Mobile Banking app. There are lots of simple, smart features including view your balance, make payments, block your card and more.

To access your everyday banking, you can:
• Login with your Access Number and password (please call us if you can’t remember your password or don’t have one yet).
• Login using a 4-digit PIN or choose Touch or Face ID.*
To manage your everyday banking, you can:
• Check your account balances and/or loan balances.
• Transfer money between your accounts.
• Make payments and view your transaction history.
• Set up and manage your automatic payments.
• Share account details and payment confirmation to your payees.
• Opt-in for push notifications to keep you up to date when money goes into or out of your account.
• Message us securely when you need to.

To manage your card, you can:
• Update your PIN.
• Temporarily block your debit card
• Turn off/on online and contactless payment options.
• Request a new card.

To keep your money secure:
• Unity’s mobile banking app uses high quality security encryption to keep your personal details safe.
• You will be locked out if an incorrect PIN or Touch/Face ID are used repeatedly. (These will also time out with no activity).

Wallet features

This new app is amazing, but it says it supports the wallet and i still can’t add my new debit card to my Apple Wallet

Help

My new card is not working since the switch over and the phone line won’t take me calls to help me, I’ve tried transferring money too which has vanished from my savings and not appeared in my everyday account. I’ve tried the card at multiple atm machines and tried to make transactions and nothing is working. Please help.
