Worst selling experience
This was the worst experience to sell for me. Firstly, the customer support took over a week to assist me with connecting my payment method to the platform, then the packing slip that i was supplied, wasn’t accepted by the local post, so I had to pay additional money to send items. The customer support in both instances was making everything way too stressful and was absolutely unhelpful. On top of this, in order for me to sort out why the item hasn’t been delivered to the HK facility, as there was an attempt, the customer support just gave me the number of HK facility.

Poor service
Great selection of products for sale, but real Lack of options to handle issues with the orders. 3 out of 4 of my orders got canceled because seller didn’t ship the goods, that’s 75% failure rate! In that time your money is tied up with vestiare until they cancel the order and issue a refund. And there are no consequences to sellers for defaulting on the orders.
The app also makes you pay duties on local purchases if the authentication has to be made overseas. Support team is challenging to talk to.

Dear berek779, we kindly inform that sellers statistics are directly impacted, should they fail to ship the item within the deadline. This is a direct impact on seller badge, as shipment time is one of the 3 statistics taken into account for trusted & recommended seller badge attribution. The authentication needs to be indeed carried out in Hong Kong for your area, as it is the closest hub from your location. Thank you for your attention,
