Refunding
Out of all of the apps i use for editing i found Video Star to match the style of editing i preferred, it has great effects and quality but after 5 years of using it my account has been disabled. I requested a refund which i didn't know was against their policy but in the moment i needed the money because i was poor at that time, my subscriptions had automatically gone out and i waited a few months for my account to get reactivated but nothing happened. i sent a message about 3 hours ago hoping i could get it back. i renewed my subscription off my iCloud but when i went back to the app it told me i had to repurchase it, then when i tried to buy it again off the app it said “This account has been disabled for excessive refunding” I hope you can adjust this policy because sometimes subscriptions can go out at desperate times.
why i give it a 4 star rating
i have paid for a few packages and they all work really nice. they help me produce clean and smooth edits BUT i do think you should have more variety when it comes to FREE editing tools such as 1) adding a feature where you can adjust the original audio of a certain clip to have the original clip audio play in the final product and 2) a text option where you can FREELY move and PLACE the text wherever you would like. again i really love this app but many apps i have tried have offered the things i want and are FREE. so if you could take this up for consideration that would be amazing. thank you and have a nice day :)

Edit completely gone
Hello, I was working on a project and everything was working great as always until I pressed merge. I pressed it but it said that it couldn’t merge due to an unknown problem. I didn’t think much of it though. I did the usual and clicked multiple times but it still didn’t work. I also clicked on other things and they didn’t work aswell. I then thought that I should reset my phone. Which I did about 3 times. When I went back into my edit it was completely gone. The sound was there but the actual edit itself wasn’t there. There was just a black and white flash. Idk what’s going but I hope u can fix this asap! Thank you!😅
