Broken program!!
This used to work great, but now it's broken and no longer allows access to past or current editions, even after paying for them. I have contacted via email for support but have not had any reply. The update in March never fixed it either. Steer clear until it's fixed - you'll waster your $20 siging up for the subscription as you can't download or access the editions promised
Not happy
This latest update removed all of the magazines i had purchased, then refuses to download them again. Also has revoked a magazine I had purchased. This is very infuriating as I am currently in the middle of knitting something from it. Are you expecting me to purchase it again? App will not download any magazines even though I followed all troubleshooting suggestions
Can't open since previous update
I haven't been able to open this app since the previous update. Just installed the latest update, and it still crashes on the first screen. Would like to be able to access my recently renewed subscription!
