I am disappointed with the site.
After enjoying an 82% confirmation rate for the last 2 years I’ve had 4 inquiries on here and haven’t even been getting replies from my emails from guests.
The expectation of paying the full service fee with the deposit is scaring people off.
I am currently looking at all other sites, I don’t find your site easy to find my way around.

Usually great but can’t log in
Can’t log into the owner app at the moment as it has a pop up window advertising the traveller app. Can’t close that window down as it alternates between the ad and the log in window. If I choose to download the traveller app (which I already have) it takes me there, but when I choose “are you a host” from the Accounts menu, goes back to the login and the same loop begins again.
No obvious contact details
Used to be able to easily find local NZ contact details for over the phone assistance and queries...... that all seems to be hidden or gone now with only USA numbers listed on the HomeAway site... very frustrating and a definite lowering of service to NZ owners....
