Very Flexible App
I too was surprised to see several negative comments. I use my app in N as I maintain an Australian account for our winter sojourns over there. I requested a contact phone number from the bank in Maroochydore who were happy to give me one that I could access from NZ. As regards passwords, surely it is safer to have a separate one for banking anyway, so it should be no problem to change it. I find the app so easy to navigate & very clear to follow when arranging payments, transfers etc.
Banking at your fingertips
This app is efficient, quick and easy to use. It has an impressive portfolio with types of cards available and their details.
It might be better for DOB to not show a calendar but rather the option of day, month and year. Only because it took me a long while to get to my year of birth as I didn’t realise you could press the month to change the year!!!
