We update the UKG Dimensions mobile app to give you the best experience possible. This release contains fixes and improvements to enhance your experience.
Ratings and Reviews
Works Well, but has been better
Our rosters were more user friendly, when we had the option of the desk calendar type view. Much more cumbersome since this option disappeared.
Major bugs need fixing
Does not remember password and no option too either.
Also forced to change password every month. Sends it through email link to reset. You change the password and put your new password in and you must change it again. This time through the app.
Finally, looses connection all the time and you have to force close the app and restart as put user details in again to get going again.
There is some good features however
Cannot even log in
I tried to log in put on correct details but not showing I’m logged so I tried resetting my password and since then cannot log into up to now!! Admin cannot fix this too!
