WhatsApp Messenger 12+

It’s simply the best app for messages, video calls, voice messages, group chats and what have you. I’m the kind of person that loves sending pics and videos to my mates. We can even send documents, PDF and other files, which makes life so much easier for study groups. I’ve been using WhatsApp since its first years and it only gets better and better. I really don’t understand why some people still use messenger. The only improvement that I’d love to see is to be able to make video calls from a computer through WhatsApp Web. This definitely a 5 star app to me.

I really love this app because it takes messaging for me to a whole ‘nother level. I can call, FaceTime, and see my friends numbers in just a few presses of a button. I also have the ability to see when they are online or typing as well as when the message is being delivered, when it has been delivered and when they read it. I can also create groups and invite friends plus call more than one person at a time. I really love this and I will be using it every day! Five star for anyone who wants to message better.

Very unhelpful. Asked for help with an issue. Got a message saying they couldn’t offer support for that even though it was about visual changes they had made. Pointed this out and suggested a human respond (the first response seemed to not have read what I had written and armed an automated generic response).

Yesterday they sent through a list of instructions to change back to what worked. I was going to do this in the weekend (two days away) when I had time and then respond to them/ask questions if there were issues with their suggestions.

However, only a day later they said they hadn’t heard from me so were closing the link! Do they not think that people are busy, with other things to do in their lives? Why close it so early or at all? So unhelpful.
