The Samsung Food meal planner has a new look! We’ve updated the ‘calendar view’ meal plan to a ‘list view’ meal plan. This is a more flexible way of meal planning, designed to fit in with your lifestyle and make it easier to see your meals at a quick glance. Prefer the old way? No problem! Easily toggle between the new list view and the familiar calendar view with a simple tap, ensuring you always have the best meal planning experience.

Best one for me
I can easily add recipes from various sources with the share button from the recipe website, which is cool. I also like that I only have one step to add a meal, and don’t have to go to another place to first create a recipe. It’s very easy to use. One wish though, I’d love to mark in my meal plan if it’s for lunch or dinner.
Good except for the ads
A crossover between a recipe library and social media. The one app is trying to do too many things at one time in very limited screen space which can make the initial impression quite jarring.
This app has good organisation for Recipes and makes it relatively easy to add complex recipes as well as simple ones once you have overcome the crowded pages.
The reason for only 2 stars is the ads, the page is literally flooded with ads to the point where it's only marginally useful.
No one minds the odd ad in an app but in this one trying to follow the recipe steps it almost impossible.
The ads break up the page to the point where you think you have missed some steps but you haven't, they are further down the page where you have scroll endlessly to find them.
The ads are mainly food related but I'm seeing ads for supermarkets in another country! Not helpful!

Thanks for your feedback! One of our best features is the ability to save a recipe from almost anywhere. We honor recipe content creators by linking to their original source, rather than importing instructions. When you select Instructions in the recipe, the ads you see are on the source recipe site and are not managed by Samsung Food 🧡️
