Hi, we'll be glad to help get your widget working! In many cases this happens when a widget for a pet is added for which you haven't created the pet for yet in the app. Can you please make sure to add the widget named "My WidgetPet Widget 1" for your first pet -- this has helped many others here. Also, if you still have any trouble please contact us at widgetpets.com/contact and check our help-faqs on our website too. We look forward to resolving and helping :)
