Fixed minor bugs

A highly anticipated update is finally here! "Water Facilities" pins are now split between Water Filling and Public Facilities. This change allows sites to be updated to better display on the map where you can find water to fill your tanks while traveling versus public showers, toilets and similar facilities. Any user can update the site type using the "Edit Site" button at the bottom of the details page.
