I’ve always enjoyed using WorldRemit and told many a people about it. But I’m not able to connect, since 2 days ago. Not sure what changed. It used to sign me in with face recognition, but now it asks me for my password, which is fine, but then just times me out, after hovering/thinking for a few seconds. Is there a problem? I need to send money to South Africa, urgently please.
This apps is to expensive to sending the money you pay like WesternUnion just the price not the service and customer service are very bad you have to wait in long queue 30min minimum(imagine that) and very wasted your time . My last transaction it took like 2 or 3 weeks to delivery. And I make more than 10 times call. But imagine 10 times of 30min. 300min credit in my phone is gone. That time I’m sending 6000$ so they worthless. Btw don’t use this apps go to ORBIT REMIT COST 4$ per transaction and the rate is much much better than this apps. Let’s everyone move there. Dont wasted your time.

Additionally, we provide promotional codes at intervals throughout the year that will remove the transaction fee. Super bad experience with WorldRemit. It showed I will have free transaction for first three transactions but they charged me for the first one.. Then they asked me for my ID proof which I found genuine so I uploaded.. Then they wanted my bank statement.. which I tried uploading but showed some issues.. then they msgd me that money is being transferred.. Then they asked me for recipient’s ID too.. I mean this didn’t End .. And my money which was urgently required at my home.. reached there at night.. which was pathetic and irritating.. I don’t recommend this to anyone.. Transfer from your own bank which is better.. I wish could give negative stars to this...
