Lost account
Awesome game and loved it and spent money as it was very addictive. The reason I rate it a 3 star is I lost my whole account today and upgrades… I sent through concern acc is hacked to service to recover but ended up starting all over again from beginning..which I’m not very happy about which I don’t see as fair..

Great game for me
This has been a standout game for me. I’m on this game every day and for the most part it’s been an awesome experience. Like most other games, this game has its shortcomings. I’ve had account loss issues and technical issues but the customer service team has been really responsive in my experiences dealing with them to help resolve the issues. I wish the devs all the best going forward and hope they continue to make this gaming experience better.

Broken
When I click the app it was stuck on the loading screen and I waited for 30 minutes to load but it was stuck on the loading screen please fix this bug
