Slow

It takes ages for the cameras to load up. If you want an instant look on the camera to see what’s going on the app takes ages just to load and there’s too many steps just to click into the camera you want

1. First check whether the power supply network of the device is normal: whether it is a 24-hour network, and the power is not abnormal; App My > Tools > Clear Cache
2. Check whether the device version is the latest version? If not, update to the latest version;
3. (If the camera is installed with a memory card) Take out the memory card first: if the cardless state is normal, you need to replace the memory card (the memory card read and write speed requires class10).

Worse now

Was always a bit of a slow/bad app. Now it serves an ad every time you open it, so if you need to view your cameras quickly not only do you have to deal with a poorly made slow app, but some annoying ad too.
Time to bin the cheap china made NVR and get something better so I don’t have to deal with this mess anymore

Good app

Ok for what it does but the issue on ipad with smart keyboard is app does not open up in landscape mode it opens up in portrait mode. Please allow app to open up automatically in landscape or potential mode depends how ipad is held. It is so much hassel to switch it to landscape anyways. Other than that it is ok.
