Good could be better.
Good app, easy to use. Quick response to questions although it’s not quick to be solved when that needs a technician, but still OK. It doesn’t support fingerprint login. Hope it to be better.
Great exchange
Has everything I want and more. Feature rich and has plenty of coins. XT earn is great for making some money on your unused coins.

Worst customer service and completely unreliable
I was one of the several users who lost their tokens on this exchange. Their customer service needs so much training and hard to deal with. I have taken out my investment from here and moved to kcs or binance. My recommendation is to Stay away from this exchange.
