YesStyle has helped me discover a lot of new skincare products since at my local skincare stores there isn’t anything like this. Everything I’ve tried always worked out for my skin and the best part is that it has a test for ur skin so it recommends you a lot of skincare products just for you! Overall it’s a bit expensive which that’s all I don’t really enjoy but trust me, this app is the best.
Customer Service
YesStyle is does not provide customer service in the best interest of their shoppers.
Should you have any issue they do not provide a solution that gives you the confidence that you will go back again. My experience was very frustrating as they are more towards making profits rather than providing me with the customer service that will ease my concern and frustration. Each of their reply on my concern is what best for them rather than me as customer.
So if you going to buy any item make sure you make the right decision and don’t buy any item that doesn’t give clear specification or details. Once item purchased you can never go back or seek for an alternative. So shoppers think multiple time before you shop otherwise you will regret just like me!!!
Money
The cost of the products are perfect for there size but the shipping and etc it’s a bit to much I wanted to buy these 2 mini products that turned out to be $10 until I saw how much the shipping cost it was $18 and that’s just a standard the premium was way more expensive ik it coming all the way from Korea, but yes the products r good but I hesitate to buy them like come on really $18 for 2 I’m not trying to sound cheap here but if the products were $9 each and no shipping price it will be ok but if there is please bring the money down because they also include tax.
