Hi if anyone knows how the watch sees how long you sleep do u need to leave it on when sleeping or what because i slept last night and it didn’t do anything

Yoho sport app
My yoho sport watch will not connect to the app. I cannot update the time and date and it will not measure my steps or sleep on a daily basis. In fact it is absolutely hopeless and I am ver disappointed with the watch and the app.
My first watch was great then one day after charging it wouldn’t work at all. This is my second watch and while it works all the information on it is incorrect. Very poor performance in my opinion.
Music
I like the watch and the attachment on it. There is only one thing about the watch that I wish it was in, in the next update. Being able to change musics on the watch. That’s all I wish. (D13). Other than that, it’s all goods
