Pathetic tv ever. Bunch of crooks

I have tried to ring you guys so many times and you didn’t give me a call even when I asked one of the agents to connect me with the manager.

That’s what pathetic service do you guys provide to your customers?

You guys are thinking that you are doing the business but that’s not the way to run.

I am among one of those customers who is going to give you a negative feedback and if I got the time then will go to the New Zealand consumer court as well.

You should tell the customers about the Sony package before renewing it and as a courtesy if that happens then either give the customers a option to pick from refund or free service but you guys are bunch of crooks who just know to charge the money.

Very pathetic service. You lost a customer.

This app is the worst app I ever have on my phone. I didn’t know this application offer nothing new to its users. I have been subscribed for almost 6 months and still have the same old movies which has been released on 2017 and yet thay claim to offer new released. Highly not recommend to anyone who is planning to download this.
Once you subscribe they never get in touch with you about your experience.
I cant even able to watch last Sunday episodes on next Monday . Not appropriate design and deliver.

They are fraud show different Chanel before buy when you pay money after that on app Chanel’s shows who’s nAme never heard and even language we dnt understand if you contact for help they say buy subscription to watch .. they do fraud same Chanel before buy come with package ask for money if you ask I dnt want this app refund money then they reply if you want refund pay year money then we refund so please be careful Chanel they give you watch this online free
