So excited to be able to get my absolutely favourite brand again! Finally, great quality clothes that look and feel amazing without the extortionist price tag. I still own and wear all the Zara clothes I bought in Europe over 12 years ago. Time to add to the timeless collection...
Having placed my first order, I can even more recommend this app:
- the ´Find my size’ function works really well.
- really impressed with the eco-friendly packaging
- the order arrived super quickly
- the free exchange and return policy is no joke: request the label straight from ‘my order’ in the app, print it, stick it on the box you received the order in and drop it off at any post office in NZ. Couldn’t be easier.
This fabulous app by Zara has taken care of all my apprehensions about ordering online.
I also love that you can add everything you like in your basket and then use the ‘buy later’ option to keep them handy :))
Old format better with pictures of orders
Hi, the new format under “my purchases” is not good :( The previous one with pictures of the purchases viewable from screen is so much better as it immediately let us recall which order.
NOW it doesn’t have the pictures only dates, therefore have to individually click to see what was ordered. Super inconvenient if we were to rerun something :(
Easy return as easy as 1 2 3!
I moved to Christchurch last year so it meant good bye Zara.. I only found out about the app around December and can’t stop shopping since then especially when they are on sale! You can return items so easily too or get your money back if item doesn’t suit. Cool eh? Thank you for delivering NZ wide, appreciate it so much!!! 😀
