I found the swipe side of things fun initially however then the search became narrow by location, and not many options available. I’d love to see some options in the lower Waikato and remote work. Maybe even an inbuilt CV builder with LinkedIn profile data. I think it’s cool! I also think it should be entirely free for the applicants to browse. (Can’t remember if there was restrictions but I do remember playing with it when it was first developed, now looking at getting back into job hunting mode and think that was one of the reasons I stopped using it). Also restricted to NZ only which is a shame given it’s such a modern and widely promoted system.

This app is an absolute game changer! Finding a job felt extremely intimidating and overwhelming before and I had no idea what to start searching for, but now I find myself opening up ZEIL and applying for roles with ease! There are lots of amazing roles on the platform, and I’ve found some perfect opportunities for me that I would never have come across if I wasn’t on ZEIL! My friends and I are all obsessed and couldn’t recommend it higher!

I like how quickly I can browse roles, save jobs, and apply without jumping through extra steps. The recommendations also feel relevant instead of random.One feature I really appreciate is the smooth application flow — everything loads fast and feels well designed for mobile. Notifications are helpful but not spammy, and overall the whole experience feels modern and polished compared to other job apps.Highly recommended if you’re job hunting in NZ!
